Study Abroad: Benefits, Concerns, Who Goes and Why?

The objective of the research is to investigate if certain demographics students help explain four areas potential improvements in predominantly short-term study abroad programs. These are motivation, experience enhancement, benefits from various learning activities, and students’ concerns regarding their experience. Pre-trip post-trip surveys were conducted using logistic regression model. Our results showed that participants a longer-term program more likely than those be expanded cultural understanding global outlook. In contrast many studies, males found motivated females by desire foreign culture. Students with higher GPA have enhanced academic lower GPA. Finally, monocultural background culturally multicultural ones. will improve quality
